To send us the completed organizer, and your 2020 source documents, you can. . .
1. Upload the PDF files of your completed organizer, and source documents to our secure portal.
2. Save PDF copies of the completed organizer and source documents to a USB drive, then either mail or hand-deliver the USB drive to our office.
3. Print out the completed organizer and your source documents on paper. Then either mail or hand-deliver the organizer and source documents to our office.

Your source documents can also be sent to us as PDF files through the secure portal.

If you prefer you can drop either the USB drive or printed copies by our office.
